SmarterLights™ Return Policies



For Returns of Domestic (US) Orders


  • We accept returns for a full 90 days from the day your order arrives.
  • If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and let us know.
  • We will email you a prepaid return label.
  • Please repack your lights carefully, as damaged products can not be refunded. You may choose to insure your package.
  • If the light is received in saleable condition, then you will receive a full refund, including any domestic shipping, within five to ten business days.
  • There are no restocking fees.

For Returns of International Orders:


  • We accept returns for a full 90 days from the day your order arrives.
  • If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us for a return authorization.
  • Please repack your lights carefully, as damaged products can not be refunded. You may choose to insure your package.
  • Return your products via any carrier that is convenient for you.
  • If the light is received in saleable condition, then you will receive a full refund of your original product price within five to ten business days.
  • Neither the original nor the return International shipping charges can be refunded.
  • There are no restocking fees.
